Prepare an after-sales component enquiry
Email support@veqorin.com with your order reference, affected MPNs and quantities, a description of the issue and relevant photos or documents. Tell us what help you need and confirm the next steps before returning any items.
Identify the order and affected parts
Make it easy to understand which order you are asking about and what you noticed.
| Information | What to include |
|---|---|
| Order reference | Quotation or order number |
| Affected parts | Complete MPNs and affected quantities |
| Issue | What happened and when you noticed it |
| Photos or documents | Relevant labels, packaging, reports or photographs |
| Help requested | The clarification or outcome you are seeking |
Send one clear email
Use an informative subject and keep the key order details near the top. Attach only information that is relevant and permitted to share.
- Include the order reference in the subject.
- List the affected parts and quantities.
- Describe the issue and attach useful photos or documents.
- Remove unrelated personal or confidential details.
- Explain what help you are requesting.
Confirm before sending items back
Ask what additional information is needed and what action has been agreed. Before arranging a return, obtain the return address and shipping instructions.
Returns, replacements or refunds depend on the applicable order terms and review of the issue. An email request is not return approval.
Keep a record of the conversation
Keep the order details, photos and agreed instructions together for follow-up.
If you find new information, explain what has changed in your next message.
